Job Profile

Our Quality Assurance Facilitator provides direction regarding schedule requirements and project deliverables through the effective use of quality and process improvement methodologies.

Job Duties

  • Manage and maximize the use of project quality resources and provide direction for priorities based on schedule requirements and project deliverables.
  • Understand contract & specification requirements for all quality activities.
  • Develop and implement the quality management system and develop Project Quality Plan and other related procedures to meet project requirements, including the QC related KPIs.
  • Set up and lead inspections to comply with approved ITP's and code requirements.
  • Proactively identify mitigation and corrective measures to quality compliance issues, repair rates and any resulting trends.
  • Prepare turnover documentation for projects.
  • Manage Non-conformity Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) investigations with consistent use of root cause analysis. Escalate reports as required. Identify trends and drive improvements across the business.
  • Develop and maintain a QA/QC knowledge bank to suit the requirements of the Company e.g. up to date specifications and codes.
  • Internal and Subcontractor surveillance and audits.
  • Report required metrics for the project.

Qualifications

  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification Mandatory.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in QA roles.
  • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
