Job Profile

The Branch Administrator will report to the Branch Manager and will deal directly with local staff, Branch Administrators in other branches, as well as all head office departments.

Job Duties

  • Collection and assembly of field level information in preparation for invoicing and accounts payable
  • Time sheet auditing
  • Assisting head office with local new hire packages and compliance documentation
  • Data entry
  • Answering telephone and directing calls
  • Filing and general office duties

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Ability to execute tasks and meet deadlines
